The mission of Caring Health Center is to eliminate health disparities and achieve health equity through providing accessible, value-driven healthcare for diverse, multi-ethnic communities in Western Massachusetts.
Caring Health Center, which has served Greater Springfield since 1995, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). It provides substantial benefits to the community and its overall wellbeing.
Caring Health Center utilizes 47 translation and interpreting services to ensure quality, evidence-based healthcare to more than 20,000 patients at several locations in Greater Springfield. Our insurance Navigators provided over 4,965 individual assists to keep residents enrolled in health coverage.
Construction and development of two locations in Springfield, Massachusetts allowing for 26 new medical offices, 16 new dental offices, Women Infant and Children (WIC) offices and a pharmacy to serve the needs and provide sub benefits to the community.
